POSITION SUMMARY
The Operator is responsible for regularly scheduled daily processing and general system operations, monitoring of switches and system activity, assisting other teams with questions or issues, answering calls and assisting clients, assisting in media retention and business continuity activities, receiving and processing data from external sources, and other tasks as the position requires.
