TITLE: Director of Revenue

SUMMARY : Reporting to the SR. V.P., you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of a company's revenue. This includes overseeing pricing to maximize margins, managing clients' returns, monitoring efficiencies and ensuring that the company meets its financial goals.

EXPERIENCE :

• Financial planning and analysis or equivalent preferred
• 10 years of combined industry and costing/pricing analysis, preferably in food manufacturing
• Portfolio and client management experience preferred
• People management required, leadership experience preferred
• Deep understanding and demonstrated experience in costing, pricing, return on investment calculations
• NetSuite, Plexus, experience is a strong plus
• Team player, highly motivated by challenge, used to a fast-paced, diverse, and high-growth environment

EDUCATION :

• BA or BS in Finance/Accounting or equivalent

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support the Global Revenue function as the Revenue Director in the US
• Partner effectively with the US Commercial team to drive revenue goals within separate sales channels
• Partner with Finance and Operations for the accurate reporting of revenue and margins, tracking of KPI and related variances vs. standards
• Lead discussions with the Commercial team, Finance, R&D, QA, Operations and Costing on new product launch and LTOs to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Partner with Costing Director on discussions with Procurement, Logistics and Operations on hedging strategies and tailored pricing models
• Oversee standards and pricing updates monthly for the different price groups
• Monitor day-to-day progress of revenue strategy within Key Accounts in coordination with Sales
• Report on revenue trends and forecasts to Management on a weekly basis. Work with the Commercial team on proactive strategies to avoid or minimize margin compression
• Opine on contract terms to maximize company revenue: review new and revised Customer Agreements
• Develop and continue to improve existing internal controls to support revenue management activities.
• Identify and resolve revenue related issues promptly.
• Approve pricing
• Serve as a core team member for strategic initiatives
• Manage the work of others and act as backup for team member
