Culinaire is in search for an experienced and seasoned BANQUET SERVERS to work with an amazing team at the Gastonia Conference Center.

A few important job assignments and tasks are as follows:

· Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area

· Relay food and beverage orders

· Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices

· Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations

· Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

· Relay important information about orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate person.

· Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns

· Present in professional appearance and mannerisms

Qualifications and Skill Set:

• Two Years previous banquet server experience in a quality facility
• Carry, lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk throughout most of the shift
• Manage a face pace environment
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include day, evenings, and weekends, as well as holidays
