CULINAIRE is BANQUET SET UP ATTENDANTS to work with an amazing team at the Carnegie Museum of Art and Natural History.
A Few Responsibilities
· Performs the cleaning, safe movement, and storage of China, glass, silver, tables, chairs, Audio Visual Equipment and housekeeping wares
· Performs proper cleaning supplies and chemicals according to manufactures recommendations for equipment and fixtures and ensures proper techniques are utilized in the cleaning of such equipment
· Operates all equipment in accordance with manufactures recommendations in a safe manner
· Informs Banquet Manager of inoperable or unsafe equipment, as well as condition of the facility
· Maintains an organized and hazard free work area at all times
· Post the appropriate safety materials (i.e., wet floor signs etc.) as required
· Performs and practices the proper lifting, moving and transporting of equipment and tools
· Maintains a clean receiving area, down stairs storage areas, elevators, and dumpster area
· Performs all tasks outlined on banquet event orders, daily set up sheet, and daily cleaning schedules
Qualifications and Skills
· Works with minimal supervision
· Carries, lifts, pulls and pushes up to fifty (50) pounds
· Works in a fast paced environment
· Works a flexible schedule
· Possesses a Food Handlers’ Certification as required
· Stands and walks for long period
· Uses hands and fingers skillfully and easily
