Overall work Summary: To ensure that overall standards and quality are maintained. Working directly with the Executive chef on menu changes and overall creativity.

Will be required to be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Must be able to stand on feet for fours or longer. Should be well acclimated as far as movement on the line.
