The Recruiter plays an integral role in Culinary Staffing Service’s growth by understanding the needs of the staffing managers and clients while sourcing the best talent to fill positions. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting the fulfillment of all positions. This position also plays an essential role in developing initiatives to build the candidate pipeline, attract qualified workforce talent, create recruitment partnerships, and successfully execute suitable placements for positions.

- Conduct Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle everything from sourcing to onboarding for hourly associate positions in the food and event industry (Restaurants, Hotels, Hospitals, Corporate Cafés, Country Clubs, Event Planners, Universities, and Caterers)
- Screen and Hire: Successfully screen a high volume of resumes and hire applicants for designated positions regularly in the food industry and culinary events using ATS
- Manage Onboarding: Conduct necessary follow-ups with new hires and perform background checks as needed
- Hospitality Hero: 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced management recruitment role, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Bilingual Proficiency: English and Spanish
- Culinary Enthusiast: Knowledge of the culinary (Food and Food Service) industry a must
- Recruitment: Recruiting experience is a plus but not necessary
- Computer Savvy: Familiar with Microsoft applications and recruiting websites
- Communication Pro: Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive Vibes Only: You bring energy, humor, and a can-do attitude to everything you do
- Organizational Whiz: Exceptional organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Business Savvy: Strong business acumen and market insight
- Confidential and Ethical: High work ethic, integrity, and confidentiality level
- Education: A degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is a plus
- Self Starter: A Must Have!
