- A Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience in a full-service restaurant
- Bilingual preferred

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure
- Physical fitness to handle kitchen tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
- Culinary school training is a plus
- Own required "uniforms": black and white chef coat, black non-slip shoes, bistro apron, slacks, skull cap and and any additional accessories required for the role such as a knife kit
