Culligan Field Technician

Job Overview:

Culligan New Jersey is seeking dynamic candidates to join our talented and friendly staff. We are currently looking for field technicians that can work independently and reliably servicing our equipment inside customers' homes / businesses.

Culligan has over 85 years of experience in the design and distribution of water purification systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We are growing aggressively, and is among the largest water purification companies on the East Coast.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We install and service a variety of water filtering equipment. This equipment ranges from standard residential water softeners, reverse osmosis filters, etc, all the way to commercial systems for hospitals and large apartment complexes.

We will provide all the required training, vehicles, tools, phone, uniforms, and anything else that may be required.

• Be receptive to learning during your training
• Arrive on time, reliably
• Keep your vehicle, uniform, tools neat and orderly
• Ensure your vehicle is well maintained
• Show high moral character and respect to fellow coworkers, customers, and potential customers
• Assist coworkers as needed (they will assist you as well)
• Assist with projects as they arise
• Give management recommendations on how to improve operational efficiencies
• Special Projects as they arise.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to quickly learn, with strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Clean driving record
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• You must be willing to submit to a background check
