Inventory Clerk I:

  • Aids clerks with order filling and floor delivery as required
  • Aids receiver with receiving and deliveries as needed.
  • Assist Supply Chain Director and Manager with special projects.
  • Responsible for supplies stocked on assigned shelves, check expiration date, area dusted and swept.
  • Control cost to ensure hospital financial stability.
  • Demonstrates and encourages team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
  • Upholds and promotes patient safety and quality.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Additional Skills/Abilities:

Good communication skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to read, write and understand instructions. Some arithmetical ability required to process and count supplies.
