Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for speaking to customers after an appliance delivery has occurred. This person will need to know how to use a smart phone, laptop, and google sheets. This person will also need to monitor up to 12 routes a day through a cell phone and notice any issues. Candite will need to be able to handle any customer complaints and know how to fix them. Pay is 1099 , starts at $100 a day but plenty of room to go up if can show skills, responsibility, accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
