About the Role

Cultura HR is a comprehensive Fractional HR and Talent Acquisition firm based in beautiful South Florida. We are flexible, cost effective, and efficient at meeting all our client partner HR and TA needs.

And we're growing! We are hiring a Contract Recruiter to join the growing TA team. You will be responsible for identifying and screening candidates, and presenting those candidates for a wide variety of opportunities. You will help support the recruitment process; track candidates, coordinate interview schedules, complete initial interviews and pre-employment screening. You'll partner with HR Business Partners and other consultants to ensure we're providing the best quality client services and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the hiring requirements of Cultura HR Client Partners.
• Attract candidates through various channels like social media and professional network.
• Review resumes and screen candidates.
• Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring teams.
• Stay updated about hiring trends and best practices.
• Communicate updates to Department leadership.

Abilities and Knowledge:

• 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a blend of in-house and agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications efficiently and thoroughly.
• Knowledge of market shifts and industry trends.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates.
• Time-management skills and multitasking ability.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
