About the Role
Cultura HR is a comprehensive Fractional HR and Talent Acquisition firm based in beautiful South Florida. We are flexible, cost effective, and efficient at meeting all our client partner HR and TA needs.
And we're growing! We are hiring a Contract Recruiter to join the growing TA team. You will be responsible for identifying and screening candidates, and presenting those candidates for a wide variety of opportunities. You will help support the recruitment process; track candidates, coordinate interview schedules, complete initial interviews and pre-employment screening. You'll partner with HR Business Partners and other consultants to ensure we're providing the best quality client services and delivery.
