Your Role:

As the Vice President of FP&A, Treasury and Analytics will play a critical role in driving the financial planning and analysis process while also overseeing treasury functions and leveraging data analytics to optimize decision-making and performance management. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for financial forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, treasury operations, business analytics, and data management to support the company's growth objectives and financial health across our global footprint.

This is a hybrid position, typically with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with the specific schedule subject to change based on business needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, including coordinating with department heads to develop detailed budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management based on analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
  • Monitor and report on variances between actual and budgeted financial results and collaborate with stakeholders to address any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to develop long-term strategic plans and financial goals aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential impact of various strategic initiatives and market conditions on financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and cost optimization to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Oversee cash management and liquidity planning to ensure adequate funding for operational needs and strategic initiatives across global markets.
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize banking services, credit facilities, and investment opportunities.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate exposure to interest rate, currency, and credit risks in diverse international markets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury operations in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive business analytics strategy, leveraging data to drive strategic and operational decision-making across global operations.
  • Identify and prioritize analytical initiatives to address business challenges and opportunities in diverse markets, including customer segmentation, pricing optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations for global business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into business processes and systems, driving continuous improvement and innovation on a global scale
  • Implement and enhance systems and tools to support FP&A, treasury, business analytics, and data management functions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

What Makes a Great Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • CPA or similar professional certification preferred
  • CTP preferred.
  • 12 years’ experience with at least 4 years in a Director-level or above Corporate Finance role
  • Progressive experience in business analytics/data management, financial planning and analysis and/or treasury management roles, preferably with a global company
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience building and developing people, processes, and systems to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across different cultures and regions.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve results in a global context.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively in a global matrix organization
