- To be successful in this job, you will excel at communicating and connecting with participants, both virtually and in-person, and have experience in customer service; student, participant, and/or alumni-engagement; and J-1 Exchange Visitor program regulations and program administration.
- Your job will be to identify strategies to creatively engage with participants in meaningful ways and facilitate mutually beneficial experiences that foster their learning and development in order to inspire individuals’ lifelong relationship with Cultural Vistas’ as an organization.
- At any given time, you will be responsible for providing support and services to participants in-country, ensuring high levels of customer service and support are maintained through the various stages of the participant experience, identifying strategies to creatively engage with participants, and making regular recommendations and improvements to the participant experience.
