What You’ll Do

• Your job will be to oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, playing a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and client engagement. As a skilled Tech-Business Liaison, you will ensure that our Salesforce solutions are not just technically proficient but also perfectly aligned with our business objectives, fostering enhanced performance and growth.
• In managing multiple project timelines, your expertise in bridging the tech-business divide will be key. You will coordinate with various departments, ensuring that Salesforce projects are executed efficiently and in harmony with each department’s overarching business strategies.
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director of IT, you will work closely with other department leaders, playing a pivotal role in the seamless integration of Salesforce solutions across the organization. Your ability to articulate technological capabilities in the context of business value will be critical in aligning IT initiatives with business goals, and in effectively communicating these alignments to stakeholders at all levels.
