Who you are: 

Culture Pop Soda is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to manage Culture Pop’s day-to-day Influencer and Creator Marketing Strategy. This person will assist in concepting, executing, reporting, and analyzing impactful influencer campaigns and developing meaningful relationships with influencer partners.

What you’ll do:

• Identify, cultivate and maintain authentic relationships with a broad spectrum of influencers, creators, managers & agents.
• Assist in contracting, brief development, execution and asset delivery across Influencer campaigns, including the Culture Pop affiliate program.
• Manage and maintain influencer roster development and vetting along with concept and content reviews and approvals.
• Assist with planning and executing PR mailers for influencers and press
• Work with social/content and paid media teams to help source and manage UGC and influencer content for both organic and paid content needs.
• Lead planning engaging influencer events, ranging from intimate gatherings to full-scale events.
• Track & compile campaign KPI's for recaps & analysis for paid and organic campaigns
• Monitor and report on best-in-class influencer campaigns from competitors & lifestyle brands
• Manage and leverage influencer content library, including usage terms.

What you will bring:

• 1-3 years of experience working in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media management (CPG experience a plus)
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field)
• Deep understanding of social media and up to date on industry platform trends
• Passionate about influencer marketing from both a personal and professional perspective 
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communications skills
• Scrappy, creative thinker who is not afraid to suggest out-of-the-box ideas
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Must be willing to work in office in Cambridge, MA 3 days a week
