• Completing a truck order and develop assist manager to do truck orders while overseeing it

• Identifying our opportunities as a store after analyzing the P&L statement
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures

• Handle high volume sales (5 million annually in sales)
• ServSafe certificate
• 7 years in the restaurant industry and has been in a GM role for 5 of those years
