Branch Supervisor

Position Purpose / Summary :
Under the general supervision of the Branch Manager, the Branch Supervisor is responsible for Service Technicians, Fence Technicians and Yard Technicians.
The Branch Supervisor is responsible for making sure the team is performing all routes, pick-ups and deliveries, and fence installations / removals on schedule and to quality standards set forth by Branch Manager and Director of Operations.
Shift / Hours :
Monday Friday; Weekends as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Work directly with the Branch Manager and dispatch to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and with maximum profitability.
Typically starts early, verifying all team members arrive timely ensuring assignments are being performed on schedule.
Perform random quality checks, join sales reps on sales calls, and follow up on service issues to ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Inspect vehicles, pre-trip files etc. To ensure vehicles are being maintained to KSS specifications.
Proactively communicate with Branch Manager, DOO, and Fleet Manager for preventative vehicle maintenance and other needed repairs.
Assist in daily operations to ensure all work is performed on schedule including running a route for a day if the Lead Tech. Cannot cover it
May transport equipment between branches to service customers and support overall organization.
Assist with employee reviews, document any inferior performance, and hold corrective action discussions when needed.
Create and maintain a positive, safe, and team-based work environment.
Trains Technicians on :
o How to service equipment properly and safely.
o The proper use of handheld technology.
o Proper payroll, punch in / out procedures, end of day route close out procedures.
o Service routes and logistics as needed.
o All other aspects of the Service, Fence and Yard Technicians roles.
Conduct all business within the established policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
High School diploma / GED or equivalent experience.
Management / Supervisory experience.
Conflict management.
Reliable, with a high level of integrity and strong work ethic.
Detail orientated.
Decision making and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage large tasks and prioritize the importance of each project.
Time management.
Ability to work independently or with a team.
Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literate routing and tablet information for service needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
AMCS / Tower & Lytx (preferred, not required).

Language skills :
o Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
o Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one conversation to customers, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical skills :
o Ability to perform simple arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
o Ability to perform these operations using units of American currency, measurement, weight, and distance.
Reasoning ability :
o Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
o Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :
Valid California Driver s License and vehicle insurance at no less than California State minimum required limits of liability.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. This position requires employees to travel regularly to off-site work locations and as such use of a vehicle will be provided.
Safety Requirements / Personal Protective Equipment :
The employee will be required to wear all safety equipment (PPE) and comply with all health and safety policies and programs enforced by the Company.
Pay Range : $66, 560.00 - $72, 000.00 annually bonus potential
