* Promote ways of improving efficiency/productivity while reducing costs to meet monthly and yearly goals and objectives
* Ensure growth and profitability in all Departments
* Understand and ensure compliance with all international and vendor policies and warranty procedures
* Review Departmental sales reports daily
* Review service centers monthly warranty performance statements
* Review service centers CSP information monthly to ensure customer contact and response if required
* Review the over 60 days warranty debits with service managers to insure follow up and payment
* Provide CFO and COO with required monthly reports
* Manage operational costs, ensuring excellent customer service per our Core Values
* Call on current customers and generate new business
* Hold and attend Dealer staff, Management, Sales, Service, and Parts meetings as required
* Stay abreast of all vendor updates, warranty policies and product changes to maintain effectiveness in this role
* Understand and stay abreast of all federal, state and local regulations that affect all operations, such as DOT, DOL, OSHA, EPA, etc.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all service centers
* Ensure Departmental Managers are performing their duties as outlined in the appropriate job descriptions
* Perform yearly performance reviews with all departmental managers
* General knowledge of Marketing practices as it relates to facility appearance and customer relations
* Lead the initiative of applying Navistar Prestige Standards across the Dealership
**Qualifications** : * Minimum of 8 years work experience in the Medium/Heavy Duty truck industry
* Customer sensitive and able to listen, understand and communicate professionally with all customers, both external and internal
* Promote continuous improvement processes in all Departments
* High degree of product knowledge
* Team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer
* Superior problem solving skills to achieve a win-win solution
