Under the supervision of the Human Resources Office Manager, this position performs professional personnel work in the administration of the human resources program in application management, orientation, training, and recruitment & selection for civilian employees.
This position will screen all applications for the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office in NEOGOV.
Responsible for downloading all supporting documentation into NEOGOV for all applicants who apply.
Creates and distributes postings and announcements for new hire positions. Coordinates interview board processes for new hire applicants, as the Employee Selection Process requires.
This position assists with all county background checks for applicants applying for various positions with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
They are involved in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Office. Makes sure that all equipment is serviced and running properly. Contacts supply to replenish all supplies needed in the office.
Docuphase employee personnel files, medical records, performance evaluations, promotion packets, letters of interest, processing forms and data for accreditation compliance, and other personnel-related records and reports.
Required Minimum Training:
High school diploma or GED; supplemented by vocational/technical training in fingerprinting and photography; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Additional requirements that must be submitted within 2 days of receiving a email requesting these documents.
