Responsibilities :
This includes, creating the DA files and criminal Informations, gathering and copying discovery, compiling criminal histories, preparing sentencing guidelines, issuing subpoenas, and coordinating witnesses for trial.
Requires JNET certification.
Manages and dockets all court dispositions into a management system.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION / TRAINING :
High school graduate.
Experience with Windows, Microsoft software, and Microsoft Excel
Good typing skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE :
2 years experience working in an office.
