To act as liaison between the assigned department and other County, State or Federal agencies and departments.

Work Hours : This position will work and be paid for 75 hours in a 2 week pay period

Responsibilities :

• Provides administrative support; including scheduling, making copies and overseeing supplies, to Guardian Ad Litem on all matters.
• Operates computers with a high level of skill providing input to and making adjustments to programs as needed.
• Prepares reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
• Maintains accurate files including those with confidential information.
• Interacts with other internal and external governmental departments, outside offices, agencies and the general public daily as needed to perform essential job duties.
• Assist in development and maintenance of internal databases such as community resources, case law, legal briefs, and other child welfare related matters.
• May function as administrator or liaison on various major computer systems and submits SROs to IMTO / Maintenance.
• Implementation responsibility for managing changes as technology progresses and mandates.

Qualifications :

One year of moderately complex clerical work experience or any equivalent experience and / or training which provided the required knowledges, skills and abilities.
