Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties:
- Oversee administrative tasks and ensure that all paperwork and filing is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage and coordinate all events, meetings, and conferences, including planning logistics and booking venues and catering.
- Manage budgets for the office, ensuring that expenses are kept within budget.
- Plan and organize onboarding and training activities to ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
- Handle all phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate calendar management for the office, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Ensure that the office is always clean and organized, and that supplies are stocked and ordered in a timely manner.
- Provide HR support to the team, including recruitment and employee relations.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in event planning and budgeting.
- Ability to train and supervise administrative staff.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Experience with calendar management and phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of human resources and employee relations.
- Proficiency in filing and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.87 per hour
