The Cumberland Valley School District, a leader in public education in Pennsylvania, seeks a highly qualified candidate for the position of Human Resources Generalist. Responsibilities include performing day to day tasks within the HR Department supporting employment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
Candidates must possess a Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. One to two years of experience in the field of Human Resources is preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is also preferred. In addition, proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs is required. The successful candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, the capability to analyze data and provide recommendations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision. Salary minimum $55,251; offer commensurate with experience.
