As a Site BIM/VDC Coordinator with Cummings Electrical, you will be working in a fast-paced construction environment driving exceptional quality and service for a major commercial and industrial project. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Review 3D models from consultants and contractors
• Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks Manage
• Model Electrical installation work in Revit for coordination and installation purposes
• Maintain effective relationships with design, project, and client teams
• Prepare and revise drawings in Revit with minimal supervision and make sure all drawings follow company supervision

As a Site BIM/VDC Coordinator, you will need to be highly organized, detailed oriented, hardworking, and can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills that will allow the individual to communicate effectively with personnel at all organization levels. Specific qualifications include:

• Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, Navis Works, & AutoCAD
• 1 year of experience in Revit, preferred.
• BIM / VDC experience coordinating with MEP Contractors.
• Background and Knowledge of Electrical Construction.
• Revit modeling of all electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, cable tray, etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team environment and able to effectively collaborate
• Maintain project coordination schedules and provide updates to internal teams.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work on-site according to the project schedule and requirements.
