We are looking for a talented Electronic Engineering Technician to join our team for our location in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Test Systems and Simulation Hardware Harness Technician of Hardware-in-the-loop test benches supporting hardware DVP&R and controls software testing.
• Construct Test Bench Harnesses supporting ACCEPTS, ICON, LUIS, BSTS, DVPR Loop Back, DVPR EMI/EMC, DVPR FATS, and more test systems
• Update and Maintain Harness revisions and documentation
• Create and maintain CSE inventory tracker
• Create and maintain Harness Mappings for Harness Validation Test System
• Read and Follow Electronics Wiring Diagrams

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• A regionally applicable Certification (e.g. US Department of Labor) or two year Associates Degree from an accredited college program in a relevant field of study.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
• Ability to work with wire cutting, stripping, and crimping hand tools and machinery
• Read and write technical documentation and procedures
• Detail Oriented
• Communicates effectively
• Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience preferred
• Wiring harness construction and support
• Test and Measurement Equipment experience (DMM, scope, etc.) experience preferred
• Ability to work 1st Shift: M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible)
• Pay starting at $31.50/HR or higher, based on experience level.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
