DescriptionDirect Supply Chain strategy for one or multiple functions to create speed, dependability and efficiency in our supply chains. Lead cross Business Unit and functional team to ensure supply chain processes are consistent with organization’s goals. demand management and order fulfillment. Ensure internal and external user and stakeholder expectations and requirements are met from end to end in each of the supply chains. Utilize extensive engineering knowledge to create supply chain processes and procedures and to establish collaborative engine business partner relationships. Utilize data analytics tools such as Power-Bi, Tableau and ML-AI in order to develop, understand, and improve necessary Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Analyze operational trends and develop corrective action plans for the engineering teams. Address supply chain failures promptly to ensure operations stability and lead cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the Supply Chain. Critically identify a Supply Chain product or process issue’s scope and parameters while analyzing it from multiple perspectives, and determine the root cause of complex engineering issues as well as implications in order to integrate information and define an array of alternatives and apply Six Sigma processes and tools to complete key engineering and Supply Chain projects and to solve complex problems within the Supply Chain function. Manage Execution and lead Project Management by coordinating performance across regions, teams, and departments on complex engineering and supply chain projects and work flows, and measure effectiveness of execution through defined metrics, disciplined monitoring, and complex statistical analysis. Prepare and manage an annual operating plan including expenses, resources, and capital.
QualificationsSkillsExperience And EducationPositions require a Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineer, Supply Chain Planner or Analyst, or related position. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management, or related field and 6 years of experience as a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineer, Supply Chain Planner or Analyst, or related position. Experience to include: Demand management and order fulfillment; Data analytics tools; Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Develop corrective action plans; Determine root cause of engineering issues; Six Sigma processes and tools; Manage Execution and Project Management; Annual Operating Plan.
