Cunningham Children’s Home, an agency committed to providing a safe place for young people to learn, heal and grow, is adding a new program to help youth in foster care experience stability in their homes. We are seeking new staff to work as a team in providing therapeutic services to seriously emotionally and behaviorally challenged youth and their families.

The Redeploy Coordinator will collaborate with the redeploy team to enhance stability for youth and families in Champaign County who are at risk of involvement with the juvenile justice system. The primary goal is to prevent these individuals from entering juvenile correctional facilities. This role involves extensive coordination, thorough documentation, and the management of necessary paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the redeploy team to develop and implement strategies that promote stability for at-risk youth and families.
• Coordinate services and resources to support individuals and families, ensuring alignment with system of care principles.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all activities and interactions, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
• Gather, complete, and manage all necessary paperwork in a timely and organized manner.
• Represent the agency at community meetings, such as those held by the Champaign County Coalition, to advocate for and support the needs of at-risk youth and families.
• Foster strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and support for the target population.
