```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of food service professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate menu planning, food preparation, and service to meet the nutritional needs of residents.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and ordering of food supplies to maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure proper food safety practices are followed in all aspects of food handling and storage.
- Implement and maintain effective shift management strategies to optimize workflow efficiency.
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Certification as a Dietary Manager preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with restaurant or institutional kitchen settings.
- Proficiency in food management software systems for menu planning and inventory control.
