Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Analyst to support company growth and expansion initiatives through management and completion of regulatory licensing applications and processes. This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Product Development and will be responsible for managing multiple regulatory applications for the expansion of Medicare Programs to new markets. This role will be part of the Product Development team, and assist with other department projects throughout the year.

Location: Position is Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plans and complete regulatory content for Medicare Advantage Program applications to state departments of insurance and/or CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services).
• Organize and manage multiple detailed tasks and assignments, as well as competing deadlines with frequently changing priorities.
• Interdepartmental Alignment: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including health plan management, legal, finance, operations, and other relevant teams.
• Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including Department of Insurance requirements, and CMS deadlines.
• Assist with Product Development team projects and initiatives throughout the year as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of experience in proposal development, healthcare industry, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
