Curative is seeking a persuasive and engaging “change maker.” This individual will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, be a creative problem-solver, and be resourceful with proven success discovering new markets, tailoring “win-win” agreements, and exceeding personal and company goals.The ability to leverage relationships with healthcare industry leaders will be the base for your success.

Client Relationship Management

• Build, manage, and/or nurture client relationships – Interpret client needs and translate them to the search process
• Convey to clients the advantages of Curative versus other choices in the marketplace
• Develop your own client base, drawing on an existing network and capitalizing on leads that come to the company
• Offer appropriate counsel and serve as a strategic partner on issues regarding the talent market, role design, and other topics related to leadership talent

Search Execution

• Direct a team handling internal research efforts including identifying targets for candidate sourcing
• Communicate client needs in a compelling manner to potential candidates
• Assess a candidate's skills, experience, and leadership capabilities against a client's needs
• Utilize firm technology, including the project database, to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage the search process as the “face” of the search with your client
