Currency Exchange International is looking for a proactive, results-driven, and organized professional to the join the team as a Sales Support Specialist.

Description: The Sales Support Specialist (SSS) is a role that supports the Senior Sales Support Manager, VPs of Sales and the greater sales organization. In addition, the SSS is an integral member of greater outside sales team and is involved in all aspects of daily business (other than solicitation of clients) pre and post sales activities, assisting the sales team in meeting their goals by managing key sales processes, sales information tracking and customer event execution.

There will be monthly business targets that are tracked by the department manager, which have competitive commission plans to ensure the sales support specialist is well compensated for all sales efforts. This is coupled with a lucrative hourly pay to ensure the employee is fairly compensated during the training as they are gaining valuable experience.

Career Path: The goal is to quickly immerse the candidate into the CXI culture of supporting the sales team and customers alike. With the experience gained in this role, there will be growth opportunities within 18-36 months.

Essential Functions:

  • Sales support
  • Customer service
  • Online system administrator (CEIFX)
  • Coordinate shipment of supplies to new customers and retail branch replenishment
  • Manage inventory of wholesale customer shipping supplies
  • CRM management
  • Track sales pipelines
  • Track customer performance
  • Ensure on-boarding documentation is accurate and complete
  • Coordinates processing of new customer packages and tracks their progression
  • Plans and organizes customer events, trade show, territorial meetings, etc.
  • Manages territorial customer-focused sales programs and activities
  • Addresses client service issues with functional partners to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Manage sales reporting from TMS and CRM
  • Serves as key link in communication flow within the team
  • Assists with business development activities, as appropriate
  • Coordinating team meetings (on and off site)
  • Scheduling conference calls
  • Preparing meeting minutes
  • Prepare internal and external communications
  • Creating and updating sales/marketing presentations
  • Manages sales SharePoint
  • This position may require up to 10% travel.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business (or related field)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening work may be required as job duties demand.

Benefits:

  • Base salary of $45,000 plus monthly commission (ranges from $0 - $1,500)
