CURRENT Facial Plastics and Med Spa is Hiring a Surgical Coordinator Near North Myrtle Beach, SC
We are seeking a detail-oriented Surgical Coordinator to join our team at a busy cosmetic plastic surgery practice. The Surgical Coordinator will be responsible for managing surgical consultations, surgical quotes, and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
(All responsibilities are subject to change or be added upon by management)
- Assist in the preparation of Surgical quotes and manage the surgery schedule
- Speak with patients to arrange surgical consultations and obtain necessary information to review with physician
- Coordinate virtual care visits
- Assist out-of-town patients with arrangements
- Take deposits on procedures and record appropriately
- Take payments for surgery balances and record appropriately
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes
- Client calls will be required to follow up on prior consultations
- Explanation of the surgical deposit and payment processes to potential clients
Qualifications:
- Strong Customer Service skills is a must
- Familiarity with medical or aesthetics office is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google sheets, MS Word/Google Docs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Requirements:
-1 to 2 years experience in Customer Service
-1 to 2 years experience with cash handling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
