Curtis Motors West in Danville, Indiana is currently hiring for a master technician position. Located in Hendricks County, the repair shop is a brand new building. Master tech pay will be in the range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience and pay type.

Built specifically for automotive technicians, the shop has 3 bays and two lifts making it easy to complete multiple jobs simultaneously without having to wait for a lift to open up. The shop is already equipped with a Snap On Zues diagnostic center as well as Identifix to assist in diagnosing vehicles. The shop is also equipped with a hydraulic cradle hoist as well as transmission hoist for heavy line jobs. Being brand new the shop is well lit and is heated and cooled efficiently.

This position is offered for qualified technicians who have experience in the industry and are able to complete various suspension, engine, and brake jobs in a timely fashion. Higher pay is offered to technicians that complete heavy line jobs at book rate. Certifications will be considered for higher pay. Work hours are guaranteed Monday through Friday 9-6. The majority of our work is in house on vehicle recons or warranty work. Outside customer work can be taken on as well on an as needed basis.
