**Curtiss-Wright Actuation Division** designs, manufactures, and supports electro-mechanical actuation products and systems for use in demanding applications in Aerospace, Defense and Industrial Automation markets. **Customer Service Specialist**

**Location: Shelby NC**

**Job Summary:**

Under general supervision, maintains contact with customers before and/or after the sale. Focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both.

**Your Challenges:**

* Cross-trains and provides assistance to all areas of the company and to customers

* Responds to customer needs in a quick and effective manner.

* Coordinates activities with Customer Service Reps, and provides direction and guidance

* Provides support to Sr. Management on various work initiatives.

* Handles and resolves escalated calls

**Your Expertise:**

* High School or equivalent, associate degree is preferred.

* Oral and written communication skills with knowledge of MS Office. Organization, and presentation skills.

* 2-3 years experience.
