Accounting/Financial Analyst
Our Idaho Falls site is looking for an Accountant/Financial Analyst to join their team! As part of our Accounting team, you will be responsible for wearing multiple hats to support general ledger, financial statements and reporting, financial analysis, cost accounting and billing functions. Our ideal candidate will need to be nimble and willing to be exposed to many facets of our finance and accounting world! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be exposed to the many sides of accounting.

Your Challenge: - Month end support as needed (to include review and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, corporate reporting, and financial review).
- Financial reporting support including the running of reports, designing and development of new reports, analysis, and data conversion.
- Costs reports processing & reviews for accuracy, discrepancies, trends analysis.
- Project Set-Up, revenue recognition and job cost review.
- Provide project reviews and analysis support to the Division Manager that identifies areas of concern with regards to margins, cost trends and available backlog.
- Participate in SOX testing and various month-end close tasks (to include variance analysis and month end close responsibilities)
- Accounting ERP related experience is necessary. SyteLine experience is preferred.
What You Bring: - Due to the nature of work performed at this site, incumbents must be a U.S. Person.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Information systems, and database query experience is a plus.
- Experience in data mining to report, analyze and interpret financial and operating data.
- Experience in performing variance analysis and month end close responsibilities.
- Strong background in Microsoft Office suites such as Excel and Word.
