CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry is searching for a Maintenance Worker for the My Town Extended Stay Hotel ,Nashville TN. The My Town Extended Stay is located at 1271 Antioch Pike Nashville TN and has a lot of long term guest that call the hotel home. Each guest room has a kitchenette with stove, microwave and fridge.

Our Maintenance Worker will demonstrate the ability to work independently with the ability to diagnose and repair various request. The position will also be responsible to perform quarterly preventative maintenance in each guest room, major mechanical and other equipment. Other responsibilities many include general upkeep of the exterior or the building, administration of the hotel's risk management program and monitoring outside contractors and their associates.

A few of the daily responsibilities include:

• Preform and respond to emergency repairs for Tenants/Guest for such items as water leaks, toilet issues, lock outs, heating or cooling issues etc.
• Completes work orders and miscellaneous assignments
• Performs preventative maintenance on guest rooms to include painting, drywall repair, toilet replacement/repair, leak investigation, room trash out, ensure all room components are operational and in working order.
• Perform exterior up keep for the grounds, guest laundry and oversight of contractors.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly inspection on all components of the hotel.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in Maintenance field or similar
• Need to posses knowledge on all aspects of building maintenance such as plumbing, toilet repair/replacement, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repair, caulking, HVAC etc.
• Knowledge of building life safety systems and protocols.
• Must be able to troubleshoot various repairs and provide recommendations for possible solutions
• Must be detailed oriented and organized

It is preferred that Maintenance Worker resides on property but not mandatory. Guest security and safety is most important to CUSA, LLC and the Maintenance Worker is a critical part of providing a safe and secure environment for all guests. Completes their job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures.
