The Account Manager is a key role in C&W with a responsibility to manage the client relationship while providing exceptional client service and delivering on all aspects of the contract. The Account Leader will manage and lead team members.Job Description
Performance Management (Cadenced 121’s on cycle, Feedback Cycle, Mid-Year / Year-End Process, coordination, delivery, follow-up, documentation)
Hiring Process (Candidate Recruitment Liaison, Interviews (Coordination, Facilitation, Selection Process, etc.)
Onboarding (C&W Processes / HR paperwork, Appropriate AmEx Processes, Welcome/Announcement Emails, First Day Experience Champion, Building Access Controls, Uniform Coordination, Outlook Distributions, PC / IT Coordination, AmEx tools and systems onboarding, etc.)
Offboarding (C&W Processes / HR paperwork, etc., Appropriate AmEx Processes, Building Access Controls, Collection of Property (as appropriate) Outlook/PC/IT Coordination, AmEx tools and systems, documentation, etc.
Team Celebrations/Recognitions/ “Employee Experience” / Retention Champion
Human Resources Liaison / Support, Processes, Paperwork, Tracking, Diligence (FMLA, LOA, Medical, Benefits, etc.)
C&W Payroll and associated processes and support (Workday Support / Help to C&W Colleagues w/Process, Obtain/Analyze/Process payroll invoices, Advise C&W team when invoices are paid)
Training Coordinator, Tracking, Related IT Support
Participant in AmEx Leadership Meetings as appropriate
Cadenced engagements with AmEx Sr. DCI Technicians or DCI Managers on set frequency
On Site Support / Liaison / Face of C&W for ‘catch all’s’ / questions / help guides
Some travel to alternate site on a cadenced schedule
Other Analyst / Program mgt responsibilities as appropriate
Comms/Announcements / Accomplishments Tracking / Org Chart Updates
Meeting Coordination, Calendaring, Possible Deck / Presentation Work
Newsletter / Larger Program Support / etc.
