JOB DESCRIPTION

Area Claim Manager (Mid-Atlantic Region)

Position Based in Harrisburg, PA Area

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ideal Candidate will be positioned in the Harrisburg, PA area and will work from the Mechanicsburg, PA Branch on a hybrid basis

· Territory will include PA, MD, DC, DE & South Jersey

· Position reports to the District Manager & Regional Manager

· Must have a reliable vehicle

· Must demonstrate a detailed understanding of Custard Insurance Adjuster business, products, services and objectives.

· Recruiting, Training, reviewing reports, timesheets and invoices for accuracy and quality prior to going to a client

· Leading staff to make recommendations to clients for further work on assignments

· Handle and resolve client escalations with a sense of urgency and resolve to the client’s satisfaction

· Assist the District Manager with growth and expansion of an already successful district

· Ability to travel throughout the territory for marketing of clients, trade shows, meeting with staff as needed and recruiting

· Area Manager will provide a weekly itinerary to the District & Regional Manager as to their plans for the following week

· Must meet revenue/profit goals

Key Competencies:

· Self-Motivated Go-Getter! Desire to achieve results with no excuses

· 10 years claims background in property & casualty desired leading a staff (IA or TPA background preferred)

· Some sales experience is a plus

· Ideal candidate will have had experience in growing a branch claim office and/or region

· Ability to think outside of the box and come up with creative ideas/solutions

· Follow-up and Follow-through on tasks with a sense of urgency

· Exceptional relationship management skills

· Communication experience with all levels of management including C-Suite preferred

· P&L Experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

· Base Salary 7.5% to 10% Monthly Bonus on Profits depending on experience

· Average yearly earning range of 100k to 115K
