Key Responsibilities:As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing current client accounts and expanding our portfolio of customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Driving sales growth and revenue through effective account management and new client acquisition.
Account Planning/Strategy: Developing strategies to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue targets.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and effectively communicating their value to clients.
Customer Support: Providing exceptional support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Data Analysis: Utilizing data to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Reporting: Generating reports on sales performance and presenting findings to management.
Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Goal Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of sales principles, account management, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate value effectively.
Knowledge of data analysis and its application in decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, construction management, or a related field preferred.
