We are eager to find a highly organized, motivated, punctual and confident people-person that is good with numbers, has a clean appearance and good communication skills. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction and/or design industry. Reliable transportation is also required. We are hiring for a sales rep in the North Denver market, your territory would be from Castle Rock to Firestone.

There is no cold calling in this position: all leads are provided in addition to training and direct support from the owner of company. Tasks performed in a typical week will include visiting customers in their home to estimate and help plan and design various remodeling projects; meeting customers at our office to look at different products and materials; taking accurate measurements of each project; ability to estimate projects in a timely manner; communicating each customer's vision as well as accurate rough sketches with measurements to our design team to create drawings and renderings for the project.

In this commission-based role, motivated representatives are earning around $80,000 annually, while motivated performers have the potential to earn $100,000 plus.
