Project Manager
Custom Fabricators, Inc. (CFI) is eagerly searching to hire the right Project Manager to join our Team!
We need someone who:
- Has experience with commercial interior architectural woodwork, millwork, and/or casework
- Values relationships, growth, teamwork, and accountability
- Has a proactive, innovative, and flexible mindset
- Approaches and completes tasks with enthusiasm, diligence, and strong attention to detail
- Can identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Is outgoing, enjoys meeting new people, is upbeat in appearance and flexible with others
Project Management activities include:
- Provide expertise and management during all phases of construction
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects with different timelines and team members.
- Forecast and coordinate project workloads
- Work closely with site managers to coordinate deliveries and other site-related activities
- Review all project documents and drawings to ensure compliance with all contract terms
- Handle design change order processing
- Monitor all activities, purchases, budgets, change orders, deliveries, and installation of each assigned project.
- Work with the engineers to ensure open items list is maintained with the finance team to ensure cash flow forecasts are updated and maintained throughout the
- Focus on developing, maintaining, and growing CFI relationships with our clients, vendors, sub- contractors, and teammates.
- Stay current on industry trends and business needs in the region.
Qualifications and Requirements:
REQUIRED: Minimum (2) years of experience in construction project management.
- Experience with Architectural woodwork, millwork, and/or casework
- Associates degree or experience in lieu of
- Microsoft office, strong Excel skills
