Custom Frame and Gift is Hiring a Part-time Bookkeeper Near Meridian, MS
Looking for experienced bookkeeper for immediate hire. At least 3 years experience in a retail environment is required. They should be self driven, and be able to work independently. This position is in-office work and we are not looking to hire remotely.
Normal bookkeeping duties. We use QuickBooks Online so you should already know how to use it efficiently and effectively. We have 2 small businesses, and you will keep the books for both. This includes monthly closing of the books, bank reconciliation, contacting vendors when there are problems with bills, filing sales taxes, maintaining neat and orderly filing system, etc. Managing employee payroll may be a responsibility of this position. This position does NOT involve income taxes.
The job is 2 days a week (preferably Monday and Thursday), between 9am and 5pm, for 1-2 hours each day. However the job offers great schedule flexibility.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 6 per week
