Job Summary
CHE is looking for an energetic, hungry, humble, smart, and process minded Field Manager to bring our company’s initiatives, safety, and quality control standards to the marketplace.
The role requires a natural ability to be resilient with a professional approach. Effective communication skills are essential to bring those qualities to the team, customers, and install vendors.
Must have a heart for pursuing excellence and a diligence-first work ethic. We need someone who will get the job done, and take pride in what they do!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Verify scheduling, selections, all completions of trades, delivery of all materials on time.
Completion of all pre-construction tasks necessary with Installers, Millwork, etc.
Measure, schedule and update all necessary parties throughout the pre-construction process for all applicable items
Manage and maintain started jobs
OSHA Inspections
Verify all installations
Builder and other client-facing communication
Completion of CHE Quality forms throughout processes
Complete all post-construction tasks including informing builder of completion.
Manage exterior siding installations on new construction homes, vinyl, and fiber cement siding
which includes managing, distribution, installation, etc.
Manage and adhere to schedules for starting and completing homes in a timely manner
Will be communicating frequently with trades and builders to ensure jobs are started, completed,
and job sites clean in a timely manner.
Requires an abundance of driving daily which may include picking up and/or delivering
materials. Field Managers will be responsible for multiple neighborhoods in various areas.
Required to assess, schedule, and complete all punch work and/or repairs needed by builders.
Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. and move them on job sites.
Job will require some hands-on work.
Must have good computer skills and be able to communicate effectively via email, BuilderTrend
(scheduling software), and send invoices for crew payments.
