As an Account Development Representative, you will be a crucial driving force in our quest for growth! Your passion for sales & innovation will help us continue to improve and iterate how we operate.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Account Executives as well as Customer Success, Logistics, and Operations, ensuring a seamless process end to end for our clients.

Our most successful Associates on the Sales team have a passion for understanding the core elements of the Swag.com offering and providing a best-in-class experience to support customers in placing their orders on the site.

Team members must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and have the ability and desire to implement new ideas and processes with an open mind.

In addition, a successful candidate will have :

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, excited about working with customers to help them get the products they want, and inspired by the potential to identify opportunities to change how we’re operating today.

In addition, a successful candidate will have :

1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role

Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing a great end-to-end customer experience and high-quality service in a dynamic environment

Passion for sales, and helping get customers across the finish line!

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented

Collaborative teammate with strong communication skills and a desire to innovate

Tech savvy and comfortable operating on online platforms

Familiarity with and experience using a CRM

Passion for getting things done

Must physically reside in any of the following Swag.com state presences : AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA

What you’ll do :

As an Account Development Representative at Swag.com, you’ll be on the front lines satisfying customers and charged with inspiring customer confidence through :

Qualification and Discovery : You will be the front-line explorer, engaging with businesses and contacts that come through inbound marketing channels to communicate the value of Swag.

com. Your eye for detail and personality will help you extract vital information, providing the foundation for successful sales execution.

Identify and Execute : You will be responsible for driving success to our Outbound sales organization. Communicate the value in swag.

com in the marketplace through discovery via LeadGen software while identifying key selling points for each territory.

Team Synergy : Collaborating is key to success here. Working closely with our Account Executives, you will be the linchpin, seamlessly transferring your insights and qualifications in order to enable AEs to close deals effectively.

Adaptability and Embracing Change : Our industry is ever-evolving, and your enthusiasm for change will be imperative. We value the fresh perspective you bring to the table and look forward to seeing you drive innovation

Providing WOW experiences that support long-term customer loyalty & growth through your interactions with them

Strong internal communication and collaboration : You’ll be working closely with many of our internal teams, including the AEs, Customer Success, Operations, and Logistics

The annual starting base salary for this position is $50,000. Variable compensation is also provided and is based on sales performance and is uncapped.

How you’ll be measured :

The key measures of success for this position are :

Lead handoffs to the Account Executives

Sales conversion rates

Addressing prospect objections efficiently and effectively to drive prospect engagement and convert new business

Effective communication and coordination across teams

Driving success to our Outbound Sales function
