About us

Custom Vinyl Systems is a small construction business in Ocala, FL. We are professional company looking for the right person to join our team We have been serving the Marion/Sumter county area for over 20 years.

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of office, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining office supplies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and implementing systems to ensure the efficient running of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Manage filing systems, databases, and other office records.
  • Ensure that all office supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Work closely with ownership to help maintain costs.
  • Accept and process customer payments.
  • Pay out Subcontractors and Suppliers as needed.
  • Work with Project manager on colecting documentation for permitting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ocala, FL 34471: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
