Customized Service Concepts, LLC is Hiring a Project Manager Near Goffstown, NH

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing all new installation, upgrades, and replacement projects in their assigned territory for CSC, LLC an Everon Company including but not limited to all field personnel and administrative support staff assigned to any such project type.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage installation engagements on all Customized Service Concepts, LLC products: ATM’s, ITM’s, Conventional Equipment, Recyclers, etc.
  • Review and consistently update all open and active orders within company Project Management portal for accuracy; opportunities; drawings; change orders and task process flow to ensure all others assigned are on track.
  • Assist with any weekly Project Planning Meetings with sales reps and update any related documentations.
  • Assist in customer introduction calls (or meetings if necessary) to provide a “kick off” of any project, set any customer expectations by developing and managing task listings for customer deliverables.
  • Set weekly/bi-weekly customer conference calls with customers from start of project through completion to avoid any delays or issues as needed.
  • Attend sales, customer, contractor, and team meetings, as needed.
  • Advise Director of Implementations and / or Regional Logistics Manager of any damaged, missing, incorrect, short shipments, etc. so that equipment and/or parts can be ordered or re-ordered.
  • Contribute details to / for purchasing, accounting and Regional Logistics Manager, verify all the necessary equipment for each project type has been ordered and has arrived in time for any planned or coordinated installation.
  • Work with all department management to monitor and control overtime.
  • Set clear expectations and hold self and project team accountable for desired results.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years of Supervisory/Management experience preferred.
  • At least three years Project Management experience required with field of bank equipment preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods of driving
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
