Job Summary:
The Part Time Office Administrator facilitates the efficient operation of the office by performing a
variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:• Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
• Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
• Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
• Supports the Office Manager as needed in recruiting efforts and other needs of the office.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
Education and Experience:
-Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus but not required
• Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
