Our ideal candidate will be a recent graduate preparing to sit for the Texas Bar exam or a newly licensed attorney. The non-traditional graduate (one pursuing the practice of law as a second or third career) is also highly regarded for this opportunity.
The top candidate will have a strong interest in transactional law with an added interest in litigation which allows them to shepherd matters from the transactional space into litigation when necessary.
While not required, prior experience and/or educational focus in construction law and/or corporate law is preferred.
They will be able to evidence the necessary background through education and, where available and appropriate, work experience (including internships).

Licensure:
Must obtain licensure to practice law in the State of Texas at the first possible opportunity following employment.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Compensation - Base Salary Bonus (Salary TBD).
