YOUR SCHEDULE

The Lead Lawn Maintenance Tech position entails a Monday through Friday schedule, with 8-hour shifts. Candidates must also have weekend availability to accommodate client needs.

YOUR DAY

As a Lead Lawn Maintenance Tech, you will work under the guidance of our landscape manager to oversee and execute various lawn maintenance tasks.

Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality service to meet or exceed customer and management expectations, operating and maintaining maintenance equipment, and effectively managing crew members to ensure the timely completion of daily mowing routes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for performing maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in basic maintenance, as well as enforcing our company's safety program to promote a secure work environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Valid driver's license
• 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred!
