Key Responsibilities-
- Conduct daily profit and loss forecasting and analysis.
- Oversee the financial inventory control process.
- Manage product pricing and budgeting.
- Supervise and monitor client invoicing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Build databases and develop queries and calculations for financial reports.
- Analyse key elements of customer programs, including:
- 3rd party expense analysis
- Order activity trends
- Inventory control
- Key performance metrics
- Interpret data and analyse results using statistical techniques, providing ongoing reports.
- Acquire data from various sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Collaborate with management to prioritise business and information needs.
- Identify and propose new process improvement opportunities.
- Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Proficient with reporting packages.
- Strong analytical skills for collecting, organising, analysing, and disseminating information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skilled in queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix-structured environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and follow-up abilities.
- B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
- Over 3 years of experience in a financial role.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle, Excel, Access, or other data management tools.
